Gary and Charo, owners and managers of NPS, are married and both licensed realtors for the greater Tulsa, Oklahoma area.

Charo started out with her first rental property in her early 20’s and has been in all aspects of real estate for over 30 years. A landlord, mortgage banker, appraiser, investor, agent, agency broker in charge, etc.

Gary left a successful corporate career leading a company as National Sales Manager from 1 office to over 100 and ranked #1 in the industry, to several startup companies including from 0 employees to 75 in a few years, etc.

As realtors and investors, they saw the need to create NPS to help people in home sales situations that don’t fit the typical Realtor MLS Listing model, which is a different hat they often wear.
